A Cavoon phone system comes with optional management software. The administrator has local access to create new extensions, groups, dial pans, company voice-mails, interactive voice response menus and many other functions. In addition
each user can control the configuration of his/her own desktop phone. As the interface is web based, the users have access
to their phones even when they are away from their desks. After a long transatlantic flight a user can for example - by simply
accessing the Internet - check the list of missed calls during the flight and listen to the voice-mail messages.
